After you migrate your data to Outlook, run a duplicate checker.

Eudora keeps my address book of email addresses. Time and Chaos (a

/ address book program) keeps my calendar, telephone numbers, and snail

addresses. When I imported my data from Eudora, it placed my email

book into the contact program. Now, if I import Time and Chaos's data
(which
contains no email info), it's going to create a mess of entries, some
without
email data and others without address data. There will be duplicates here
because I have address and telephone numbers for most of my email
contacts.
These partial records are all going to show up when I attempt to send an
email, or do something that requires snail mail addresses.

How do you cope with this other than not using Outlook for my Time and
Chaos
data?
