How to change my outlook details under the Compose: Select Names - Global List:

It appears to be:
/o=Exchange Mail/ou=APA Administrative Group/cn=Recipients/cn=m.a.manaois

I'd like to change the detail m.a.manaois mentioned above to cheryl.s.chua

Need your help please. Thanks.
