Default Is There A Way To Send Text Message By Outlook?

As an FYI - this addin connects outlook and your phone via bluetooth or USB
so you use outlook to compose the SMS - its sent over to the phone using
bluetooth to be sent on the cellular system. It only works with GSM phones.
I haven't quite decided if there is a point to using outlook to compose -
but my phone has a qwerty keyboard (so typing is easy) and isn't GSM (so I
can't use this addin).

Outlook
on my PC? I have Outlook 2007 and Windows XP.
