Hi there,

I am running outlook 2003 and am accessing a shared mailbox (for technical
support for multiple technicians)

I want to know how I can create a rule that will run on that shared mailbox
to pop up a notification / make a sound whenever a new email comes in.

I have tried the most logicial ones I can think of, but no luck.

Please help
