There is no reference that I know of - sites like slipstick.com and
outlookcode.com have some specific keys listed but nothing that all all
encompassing.
To the best of my recollection, the behavior hasn't changed at all. AFAIK,
the entry you see in the nav pane XML is just used by the nav pane.
