See
http://www.slipstick.com/contacts/file-as.htm - the code only works on
the default folder, so you'll need to move contacts around to use it.

I'm using Outlook 2007 with Exchange 2007.
I have the global address list, my address book as well as three public
folders configured as address books all recently imported from a legacy
mail
system.
I am attempting to sort it by Last Name, First name.
To date, I have the Last name sort configured in the 'Address Book'
section
where I selected sort on 'File As'.
I've discovered that all 5000+ contacts are 'Filed As' First Last
Is there any way to mass edit the contacts so they are all 'Filed As'
Last,
First instead of the default First Last
