Default Emailing a DL--Too many addresses question?

in non-exchange its limited by the # of characters or total size of the
addresses (in KB). However, many isps also limit the # of persons a user can
send to.

I am the only user so how do I 'raise the limit' to the number of email
addresses i can send something to?

It's controlled by your Internet Service Provider, not Outlook. Unless
you're using an Exchange server for your mail, there isn't any limit in
Outlook to how many recipients you can specify.
