After furious head scratching, Nadine asked:
| client trying to book a shared resource (boardroom)
| go into schedule, select the resource
| when try to send receive message - cannot schedule a reoccurring
| appointment with this resource.
| but reoccuring isn't turned on
| tried selecting other resources, received same message.
| Was able to book same resource when using outlook 2003.
