How to ask a question: http://support.microsoft.com/KB/555375
After furious head scratching, firefly8 asked:
| I have had this new windows vista computer for about 4 months and
| have been running outlook 2007 just fine until this last week. Now if
| I try to delete a message an error pops up saying for me to use
| scanpst.exe to correct problems in my pst files it shows me a
| directory location but when I try that location
| C:\users\robert\appdata\local\microsoft\outlook\ou tlook.pst.
| there is no appdata file in the robert directory?
| So how do I find the file and get it fixed?
