Outlook won't remember special selections between sessions - it usually will
when you leave the folder and return later but occasionally won't.

On the Date Navigator, select the four weeks you'd like displayed.
Outlook
should resize the daily boxes and it should remember that you want four
weeks displayed. Of course, the size of the text in the daily boxes
won't
change.
