How do I kick off a macro in Access through Outlook? Shell command?

I have reminders set up that will kick off macros in Outlook. However, I
want one to kick off a macro inside a certain database.

I thought I could use a shell command but I'm not having much luck.

Any help getting started would be appreciated. Thanks for the help.
