Outlook Connection Configuration
No, you can't control which connection outlook uses. If you use Outlook
Anywhere (rpc over http) it will be seamless and you'll stay connected - but
the admin may wonder why a system inside the firewall is connecting from
outside the firewall.

I am connecting to Outlook at office using my LAN cable. Since, we have
browsing restrictions, we are using a USB Modem to connect to internet.
Outlook starts okay connecting to the mail server using LAN cable. But,
once
I turn-on the USB Modem (for browsing), outlook looses the connection. I
have
to stop the USB Modem for outlook to re-connect.
Is there any way I can specify which connection Outlook must use to
connect
to the exchange server?
Hmmm. Are you saying that you are using a USB modem to BYPASS the Company
restrictions on Internet access? I hope you don't get found out.....
