I have tried that and I still can't get my new mail on my office
computer. I ran another test on the office computer and nothing
showed up. But when I hit the send/receive box it showed up. I
can't keep hitting send/recieve all day, there must be a better
way?

While viewing the Inbox on this PC, press Alt-Ctrl-S. Examine the
Send/Receive Groups dialogue for the check boxes labeled "Schedule an
automatic send/receive every". Those check boxes should be marked and the
"minutes" field should contain a value of about ten minutes.

I did this and the mail still does not show up unless I click on the
send/receive icon in outlook.
