I finally transferred by old mail and contacts to my new computer using the
import/export feature. The problem I still have is that my new mail only
shows up on my home computer and I set them both as you suggested. I ran a
test message on my office computer and it did not show up. Any suggestions?

Configure each machine to leave copies of messages on the server. That's on
the Advanced tab of the account properties dialogue. Configure one of the
machines to delete messages from the server when Deleted Items is emptied
and after X number of days.
