Outlook rules restrictions
Thank you Diane, that was the answer I was looking for.
I'll just start another rule for further managing of mail going in this
particular folder...

there are limitations to the size of a rule. It's based on characters, not
addresses or words. Try adding a couple of characters at a time till it
stops allowing more, then copy and paste it into notepad to count the
characters - The folder name and path is also counted, so take that into
account too. I thought it was 255, but I forget for sure.
You can squeeze more names in by shortening the addresses as much as
possible - use domains only etc - and by using a shorter folder name at
the top level of the mailbox.

Hi...
Is there a limit to the list of senders in a rule which copy mail from
certain senders to a certain folder?
I have this rule, containing 28 different addresses or parts of
addresses, and today I can't seem to add any... :-(
