All POP3 accounts use the same local folders. The only way to get them
to use different folders is with identities or message rules.
IMAP and HTTP (Hotmail/MSN) accounts each get their own folders. That's
because the OE folders mirror the server folders.
Unless your mail service offers IMAP access in addition to POP3 access
you can't do what you want.
