Default Share Outlook 2003 Calendar with Distribution List

No. Not for a calendar you created. However, if you are in an Exchange environment and use a public folder, the exchange admin can do this.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, asked:

| Hello,
|
| I use Outlook 2003 at my job. I have created a new Calendar folder
| that will be used to keep track of a conference room usage. I would
| like to share the calendar with a group from My Contacts. However,
| when I right click and choose the Permissions tab, I can only grant
| permission to an individual person. I cannot access My Contacts list
| to choose a distribution that I created. Is it possible to share a
| calendar with a distribution group? As a side note, I cannot install
| any special software that isn't pre-approved by my company.
|
| Thanks!
