I agree. I didn't go anywhere. Once he finally posted the dialogs that he
sees in the address book view, I could see where the problem was. Before
then, we had no clue he had installed BCM.

You know, Russ, I don't "go" anywhere (links, web sites, etc.) to see all of
the information that should be in a post. Answering properly formed
questions with complete information in the post is time consuming enough.
If someone can't be bothered to formulate the question with complete details
without making someone jump through hoops, then my time is best spent
elsewhere.

And don't get me started on TinyURL links - no way in heck will I EVER click
on an unknown link in a news group.
