Yes, that is definitely the problem. You'll need to uncheck the box and republish.

IF the latter, where is the form published? For your scenario to work, it needs to be published to the Organizationl Forms library or each user's Personal Forms library with the "send form definition with item" box unchecked. We have loaded the form into the Outlook 2007 and published the form. The use

There aren't any macros or scripting embedded into the form so it should
work okay.
