i have a recurring appointment and added a resource (video CR) for just 1 of
the attendees. since he is the only 1 that needs this information, how do i
update the attendee and the resource only, without updates to others?

the dialouge box to choose updates to added/deleted attendees does not
always pop up. how can you ensure the selection will always come up?
