Outlook 07 & CRYPT32.dll error
I wouldn't have minded a new Mail profile.
He had me create a new user/login and told me never to go back!
I know that I can grab everything I need and copy it over but
stil...scorched earth is a little drastic.
He had me walk thru the steps to setup a new user/login, not change my mail
profile.
Yes, it works now.
happy new Year.

Do you have a working Outlook now? There is your answer. Creating a new mail profile will fix a lot of problems but it is a scorched earth solution at best.

After furious head scratching, JimmysBBQ asked:
| Craig,
| The tech told me that my whole profile was hosed and that I should
| create a new one and never go back to the old one. seriously, he did.
| So I did because the pain was too much, and the waiting too long.
| Quite a PITA.
|
| Milly, what do you think of the resolution?
|
|| I have the same problem. Did you ever get this resolved?

||| Anyone have any ideas?

||| It shouldn't be this hard.
