Can someone please tell me how I can save my settings for shortcut links to
email folders I've added to my Shortcuts Nav toolbar. My problem is...
everytime my PC is rebooted (system updates, etc.) it blows away the
shortcuts I've created and I have now had to recreated or rebuild my shortcut
list at least a dozen times. I'm getting really frustrated and my Network
Administrator hasn't been able to come up with a solution. Any ideas???

P.S. I'm also running an Outlook extension (Franklin Covey's PlanPlus).
Could that be interfering?
