Default Can I synchronize multiple devices with Outlook

My spouse has been synching my personal outlook calendar with my motorola
phone. I tried to follow the instructions and had problems. Today as I
opened my calendar it was gone. My spouse retreived the data but could only
put it in a folder and called it calendar, but each entry is a contact.
After seeing this I recall that during the sync I sent from my phone to
Outlook and evidently lost all my formating in my calendar. How do I get my
formatting back and then transfer the data back to the personal calendar.
Note: When I select the Calendar in the navigation bar al it says is "Open a
Shared Calendar". When I click on that it gives me a list of contacts. I
think at one point in the sync process I selected contacts rather than
calendar. HELP, I have a real mess.

Hi Tom,

you could try 3rd party products which support a synchronization of a mobile
device with another calendar as the "Psrsonal Calendar", but you can only
synchronize 1 calendar with 1 mobile device.

For this 3rd party products have a look on this site:

Maybe it helps.

I work in an office where I am responsible for managing several people's
calendars and then sync them to their mobile device. Is it possible to
sync
different calendars to different devices using Outlook?
