Default how can I subscribe to usenet newsgroups in outlook 2007?

Only you could have deleted OE. In Control Panel's "Add or Remove
Programs," select "Add/Remove Windows Components." Scroll until you see
"Outlook Express". If it's unchecked, check it and click Next, then Finish.
If it's already checked, uncheck it, click Next, then Finish. Reboot, then
go back and readd it.

this is why I'm
asking: is or will there be a possibility to install Windows Mail on
Windows XP.


I don't believe there is any independent install package for Windows Mail on
any platform. You could try Windows Mail Live, as I suggested, however.
