Default IMAP works with outlook's built in spam filter?

Jason Solid wrote:

I followed these procedures:

1. Went to the Send/receive Groups and select the Edit button

2. Selected the account where I want to do the filtering a select the
a radio button "Download complete items including attachments for
subdscribe folders"

3. Click ok then I shutdown Outlook and restarted Outlook.

To test i added one of my email addresses from yahho.com to the block
list. Sent an email from that yahoo address to the email account that
suppose to do the filtering but the message doesnt go to the junk
folder, it goes to the Inbox folder of the IMAP account. Is not
getting filtered.
Any inputs?

If you have a retail license for OL 2007, open a support incident with
Microsoft about the problem. You have 90 days of support when you buy a
license.
