Default how do you print the email address when you print an email

Your "Address Book" is just a representation of your Contacts folder.
In your "Display As" field in the open Contact entry do you have both the
email address and the name?

I am using Outlook 2007. I have tried deleting the entire contact list and
re-entering and it still isn't working. How do I delete the old address
book
from my system? I know it is still looking at the old display name
because
on certain ones they are cut off because the field wasn't large enough. I
don't mind re-entering all my contacts if it will fix it. Thanks!

Which version of Outlook is this and does a new Contact show the email
address as you'd expect? I do this recall this being a problem when OE
contacts were transferred to Outlook. The solution was to open the
contact
and then save it again.

I changed the "display as" in the contacts to include the email, but it
stil
isn't showing the email address. I think it might be because it is
still
showing the old display as when i set up the address book in outlook
express.
how can I delete these contacts completely so that it will show the new
"display as" that includes the email?

Thanks!

I *think* the application here might allow such customization of
printing.
Try it!

I need the email address to print as well as the person's name when I
print
an email. I have tried adding the email address to the display name
and
the
contact's name. Nothing has worked. Any ideas?
