Isn't there a good program that will allow me to backup all my OE
settings ( mail and newsgroup) and just import them into the new fresh
install of XP?


Note that if you have an OEM version of WinXP you may not be able to
Activate it on a new motherboard.

No, retail version , new hardware has been installed, activated, updated,
and running great.
Installed new motherboard, X2 processor, video card, ram, and new sata
drives.

Thanks to all for the tips, the FAST wizard worked great in restoring all my
OE settings!!
