Tools-Options-Email Options-Tracking Options. Uncheck the box to delete blank voting and meeting responses.

Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook]

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, Andrew Pearce asked:

| I would like to be able to retain Outlook meeting invitations as
| items in my inbox. However, when you respond, although there is a
| copy of my response in my sent items, the original invitation
| disappears and would only then appear as an item my calendar
| (assuming I had accepted the invitation).

| I was able to retain the item in a previous version of Outlook, but
| now that I have upgraded machines and Outlook versions, I can't work
| out how I managed to change the settings previously.
