After furious head scratching, Zinci asked:

| I support several managers and use rules to assign Flag Colors in
| Outlook 2003 to identify incoming emails from each manager - Bob is
| Blue, Jane is Green, Spot is Yellow, etc - Since I also receive
| their meeting requests as a delegate I'd like to have those flag
| colors applied to their meeting requests.
