Outlook Banter - View Single Post - sort for members list when making distribution lists

In Outlook 3.0 Regardless of how I set the sort up for the contact list, when
I try and build the distribution lists, the names appear 1st name first, last
name second, even though my contact book is last name first. How can I change
this member list to appear as last name order or is it a bug?
