Default sending Outlook 2007 calendar via email

That's exactly what Outlook 2007's calendar-sending function does. If the other user has Outlook 2007, they can open it directly. If they have an earlier version, they can save the .ics attachment and import it with Outlook's File | Import and Export command.

Bingo and there's never a dumb question. I have not set up an Outlook account
because I use web-based email account, Goggle. I will be setting up my
Outlook account now.

Is is possible to save Outlook calendar so I can send it as an attachment
and the other person can open it in their Outlook Calendar?

Maybe a dumb question, but have you already set up an email account in Outlook? You can also use the Help | Office Diagnostics command to clean up various problems.

That is where I'm looking. I looked on my friends computer and he has it.

Why don't I don't have the option to send Outlook 2007 calendar via email? I
have updated but it still doesn't appear.
