Default Mark as junk? Automatically receive but not send? Email Notifi

Thanks for your helpful ideas! It looks like some combination of settings and
third party tools might get me closer to a satisfactory solution.

on # 2 - if different send groups are not acceptable, hold the messages in
the drafts folder until you really want to send. if you are holding them in
case you change your mind or need to edit them, you can set outlook to hold
messages for up to 120 minutes using a rule. When the time expires they will
send automatically on the next send and receive action.

#3 - outlook doesn't do it natively, but you can use 3rd party tools to send
reminders.

Hi, I''m trying Outlook (2007) for the first time. Surprisingly, I can't
seem
to figure out how to mark a message as junk. There is a menu item for
marking
a message as NOT junk, but how do I mark it as junk?

My second question is how to make outlook automcatically retrieve mail
from
servers but not at the same time send messages that are currently in the
outbox. Generally, I want to receive automatically but never send
automatically.

And a third question: I'm used to receive notifications about calendar
entries via email. Is there a way to make outlook send me a mail
notification
instead of popping up a window on the desktop? The reason is that I'm
looking
at my mail frequently but a popup is gone once dismissed, so I forget...

Thanks in advance for any help!

Alexander
