Default How do I save contact mapping for text file importing to Outlook?

Echoing Milly's sentiments, questions should always be posted in the body of
the post and not the subject line with as much info as possible so others
can better discern the answer being sought (or to put it another - radically
improves chances on getting a response and saves multiple back and forth
messages)

Having said that, in this case, going to assume that the question is in
reference to the standard Outlook import/export process (any Outlook
version) to which the answer is "you can't explicitly save different field
mappings for recurring usage" (however, Outlook does generally "remember"
the mapping used from the last import providing the least little thing
doesn't change in between) . You'll need to either code write your own
solution or use a 3rd party product (i.e. such as ContactGenie Importer or
DataPorter - http://www.contactgenie.com/cg20features.htm )
