I'm using Outlook 2007 and I'm having the same exact problem. I cant find the
"COM Add-Ins" selection in OL2007. Good Luck and if you find anything,
please post. I'll do the same.

By selecting the appointment and then "Location" what used to show up as a
map now shows a notice for how to get this plug-in. When I got to Tools
Options Other Advanced Options COM Add-Ins (and select) Live Search
Maps for Outlook, it will not stay selected. I will immediately return to
this selection only to see it deselected again. I use this function regularly
for my new appointments so it's been a week or more since I've used it.

Is there a solution to this problem?
