Outlook 2000 will not work in Vista without a minor change of coping a
couple of files to a new location. Do the following - -

Use Explorer to navigate to C:\Program Files\Common Files\System
Copy wab32.dll and wab32res.dll to C:\Windows\System32

That should do it.
