Is there a number for Paid Outlook Support?
Chaz,
I've had this problem, too. It seems to happen only with the IMAP server
that ships with Red Hat 8 and 9 (not tried other releases). I don't have
this problem with the Cyrus IMAP server.
What I used to do to fix the problem was start Outlook and enter the
password. It would accept it and work. I would then close Outlook
immediately. I would go kill the running process (which keeps running for
who knows what reason... perhaps to sync with my Pocket PC?). I would then
re-start Outlook and it would work.
I'm not sure if you'll have the same experience... definitely not a very
scientific approach to the problem. But, I would have this problem every
time I changed the password on the server running the IMAP server.

My Problem is listed below. I have search on the newsgroups and forums and
have yet to get an answer, so now I guess I will pay. Please direct me to
the paid support phone number. If you think you can solve my problem, that
would be great too!
Thanks
Chaz
THE PROBLEM:
I am now using Outlook 2007, but this problem exists on Outlook 2003 as
well.
I put all the correct settings in and then most times I can then read and
send email. The problem is that I keep getting this pop up box
Asking for the username and password for the server.
Even though I have the correct information in, the boxes, and i checked
remember password, that box still keeps popping up. Sometimes it keeps
popping up continuosly.
I just want it to stop.
