Default Microsoft Visual C ++ Run time Library Issue

Yes, we are getting the same message when a user opens a Word document. They
continue to click ignore and everything appears to be OK. WinXP Pro w/
SP2/Office 2003 Pro. ??????????????

Usually if you click Ignore you would be able to continue doing your replies
