You need to have both Outlook and Outlook Express installed on the same PC,
with Outlook Express configured to use the Windows Address Book so it can
see the contacts. Then, in Outlook, user FileImport and ExportImport
Internet Mail and Addresses to import the contacts from Outlook Express to
Outlook.
