This is an unusual request however I hope that those in the American
continent can please help me out here.

One of my co-workers claims that they cannot reach our web site. This
seems quite unusual however I don't have anyone in America to test this
out. I have accesses this web site in Asia and in Europe so I cannot see
as to why not the USA.

Could I please have a few people in the USA, Canada etc. please advise
