Default Attachment in a form

You can't have it both ways. If you remove the message control, you remove
the ability to add attachments.

I've customized a form and decided not to display the "message" tab

but i want another tab to be able to have attachments. only problem is i
don't want the message box to be on that tab because the information there is
not important enough to warrant being part of the message body.

so basically i want to be able to attach files but i dont want the message
field there.
