I am looking to find out if you can schedule in advance emails to be
sent on certain days and times so that when you are away or busy, you
don't have to remember to do it.

Create a new message.

In the message, click Options.

Under Delivery options, select the Do not deliver before check box, and then click the delivery date and time
you want.
