Default Configuring Outlook 2003 and 2007

Brian, while you should be commended for taking the time out to read the
problem, you have, what we call in the law, "begged the question". My
question basically asks how to load the PST files in the shared drive and
point my Outlook instances to those files. You tell me that if I do that it
should work.

I have created a dual boot with Vista on which is installed Outlook
2007, and XP on which is installed 2003. I have a 3rd partition on
which I load my data files. I want to load my address book, emails,
calendar notices, etc., on the data partition so that when I am in
either OS, I can access my Outlook information. Can this be done
and, if so, how?

It should be. Point the mail profile in each OS to the same PST on the
shared drive.
