If you do this regularly, you can use my OEX program to save all the
pictures in messages to a single directory you specify. See
www.oehelp.com/OEX/

After you've selected the folder on D: drive the first time, it will be
the default for all other Saves during the current OE session. There's
no way to change the default permanently, I'm afraid.
