Microsoft Outlook Web Access

I am able to receive new emails, but can't send new ones. Everytime I try
get the message "Internet Explorer has encounteed a problem and needs to
close..." What can I do to fix this so I can start sending emails again?!?

I'm running Vista Ultimate and IE 7.0

Protected Mode is off.
