Start Outlook one time with the /cleanreminders switch.
Start-run-outlook.exe /cleanreminders.

After furious head scratching, Jon Von asked:

| Outlook has recently begun redisplaying my past meeting reminders
| from about 2/1/2006. Appointments and meetings from each day since
| then are starting to accumulate every time I start Outlook. Even
| though I dismiss them, every time I restart Outlook, they all display
