Which box? To name the pst-file or the display name for Outlook? The latter

Looked at the web page you gave the link for, created new account, but
when I
went to create new "PST" the system would not let me click in the box to
name
it.

Alright, lets take a different approach and recreate the mail profile.
This
is actually also a recommended procedure after changing your Outlook
version. For details see;

Verify that the Toolbar isn't being compressed becaus lack of space
for
the
toolbars. Rearrange them or press the button at the right-end of the
toolbar
to make sure.

Locate outcmd.dat and rename it to .old to reset your toolbar. This
is
recommended when doing a downgrade.

I have reinstalled Outlook 2003 after the trial of Office 2007,
now
my
send/receive and new message buttons are missing, yet if I press
F9
send
and
receive for all accounts works fine.
