Not at all. We don't know your Outlook version. We don't know what
information store you are using. We don't know what you are actually doing
or what steps you are using. Don't forget that this is a newsgroup. We
aren't watching what you are doing. You have to tell us. We can't even tell
if you are creating a new Folder or a new File.

Has anyone seen the issue where an Outlook Contact and an Outlook
Calendar folder is created in each new folder?

There isn't much detail than that. Whenever I create a new folder,
two folders(outlook contact and outlook calendar) are automatically
created within that folder. Does that help?
