Default Start and end times for appointments do not appear in Calendar.

I entered some appointments into my OL2003 calendar, with start and end
times. However, the information does not display in any view (whether
Day/Week/Month, by Label or whatever). Even when I try to key in the
information again directly at the view, whatever times I enter will disappear
the moment I click away from the appointment.
