Default Corrupt Calendar Navigation Pane

Unfortunately I have tried creating a new profile (several times) and
have also now tried the outlook.exe /resetnavpane switch, neither
worked. I'm thinking my only option will be a complete rebuild of the
machine.

Can anyone help? I have a corrupt Calendar Navigation Pane in my
Outlook 2003 Professional. It does not display any dates in the
monthly calendars in the navigation pane. I have tried de-installing
office and re-installing, this hasn't solved it. I have tried the
repair utility on the PST files, I have tried running Outlook.exe with
the /FreeBusy option, I have tried re-creating extend.dat, Outcmd.dat
and Frmcache.dat, but still nothing works. I am so frustrated now,
that I have just de-installed Office and IE7 and then re-installed
both, but I still have the same problem!

I have run out of ideas! Can anyone help? It is incredibly
frustrating!!
