Hello Everyone,

I use WinXP Pro and just installed IE7. Everything seems to work fine in
Outlook Express but I've noticed I can't create a new email. When I click
on "Create Mail" I get the following error message:

"Outlook Express has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry
for the inconvenience."...To see what data this error report contains click
here...

I then can send this error report to Microsoft and OE shuts down.

If anyone knows the solution to this issue I thank you in advance for you
assistance.
